- Responsibility is full recruitment cycle including sourcing, interviewing. Testing, and
negotiating offers.
- Search for suitable candidates in the assigned position via internal database and job posting
sites ex. LinkedIn, Jobs DB, Job Thai, Job BKK, Job pub, Job Thai web, Job TH, line jobs etc.
- Management on the interview process e.g. arranges the meeting and providing necessary
information.
- Source potential candidates to match with different positions such as Area Sale Manager,
After Sale Manager, Store Manage, Sale Engineer, Client Success Manager, Digital Marketing
Specialist, Portfolio Manager/Specialist, Key Account Manager, Shipping Manager, Senior
Full Stack Developer, support Application and Sales from operation to management level.
- Conduct phone or face to face interviews, and test for their English language skills.
- Provide career consultation and proposing suitable jobs to candidates by assessing their
competencies.
- Send shortlisted candidates’ CVs to clients.
- Schedule date of interview between candidates and clients.
- Manage full cycle recruitment process and being a point of contract for interview
arrangement, information briefing, offering stage, etc.
- Inform candidates about the results of the interviews, negotiate salary and remuneration
packages, and finalize agreements between candidates and employers.
- Reference check as necessary
