1.Download all customer demand from System(QAD) and review stock on system by compare the actual stock with system(QAD).

2.Release order to suppliers LOCAL & CKD parts and expedites supplier to support as our raw materials required.

3.Create CKD schedule plan pick up raw material from supplier and submit plan to Logistics team.

4.Coordinate and confirm shipment for import with CKD suppliers and Internal Logistics team.

5.Monitoring raw materials and Inventory control by following on system target as committed.

6.Balance stock on hand for running change raw materials (VA/VE).

7.Contact and Negotiate with customer about the demand , If order fluctuate .

8.Generate customer demand and upload the data by push order into MRP system .

9.Generate schedule delivery plan and request to production support as customer required.

10.Communicate and push Master Planning assist to production build support Customer required.

11.Negotiate with customer for old parts supply , For worst case we have to propose the Deviate in case shortage raw materials from VA/VE.

12.Report the regular order and confirm the Q'TY actual shipment pick up per ETD .
