- Develop and program Excel Macro (VBA) for data analysis to utilize in working, reduce working time and support team.
- Work closely across internal departments within Manufacturing on product costing, feasibility study for target model and making relevant assumptions on profits and risk involved.
- Analyze & Control investment and expense overall in manufacturing against budget forecasting by quarterly.
- Cost monitor, collaborates with plant management and other units, gather information, make improvements, follow up and solve problem to achieve target cost.
- Responsible for Bill of Material (BOM).
Tracking, compare and analyze the cost by model or parts both domestic
& export, preparing monthly report for financial planning.
Compare and analyze the standard cost with actual cost by monthly. Compare and analyze actual costs in the previous month vs current.
- Calculate TAI Certificated and RVC (Regional Value Content) to find the Local Content, the ratio of domestic raw materials (40% up) of model in manufacturing for saving company expense of import duty merit.
- Responsible for tax documents and submit excise tax for ภส.02-01 and submit the retail price to the Department of Internal Trade.
- Coordinate with Excise Department and Department of Internal Trade
- Coordinate with Japanese team, report to headquarter for business
forecast.
