- Work with client to prevent and remediate virus infection on user’s equipment
- Troubleshoot problem of using office application e.g. Microsoft Office, Adobe, Web browser etc.
- Facilitate business process discussions, and participate in solution design, documentation, configuration, test, and end user support.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives for processes, policies and procedures through statistical analysis.
- Coordinate with hardware/ software service provider related problems of desktop, laptop, printer, anti-virus software and related technology equipment
- Work as a liaison and subject matter expert between technical teams and business owners for quarterly system updates, root cause analysis, and solution recommendations.
