- In-depth knowledge of Windows/MacOS/Office in corporate environment
- Troubleshooting skills for endpoint networking such as LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN
- I did deployment laptop solution such as MDT, JAMF, Clonezilla
- Willing to travel, and do on-call.Will be required to work in remote offices (local and overseas), work shifts and on-call
